I lost this one, and I immediately went back to playing Antichess, where losing pieces is the law to console my blunder, but at least I'm still here but that loss was frustrating , 1 move was all it took to go down hill.

after i checked the game, heres my opinion:
Both sides never tried to think, leading to mass blunders and missing tactics, then i dont think they should play 25 minute game when you treat it like a blitz game, weak theory opening, i didnt love it much, white forgot to Nf3-Nd2 to attack C4 pawn, White missed a mate in 1 cuz they never think, and you black, you never tried to think so i guess you deserved the loss, look at how much time you have, you played worse than every 2200elo players cuz you never thinked, in chess, when you think, you see tactics and strategy, looking at your game, you spended: 1 to 5 seconds / Per move, if you wanna play fast, you should not choose 25 minute game, blitz is better for your mindset, you blundered a rook by forced move, and white missed Qe4 the idea is to attack weak light squares, like Qc6+ or Qb7 attacking the rook and gainin a pawn back, white also played A4 too early, same as Nc3, best move was E3 attacking C4 pawn
you need to play slower games to think properly and not panic every 23 seconds
