I understand you mean terminal commands on the Python.org site. Unfortunately, this route to the interpreter is not always available from Android phone web access. However, recourse to the 3.10 application version may yield a feasible script entry.

Than use online notebooks like colab and kaggle, I think that you will find it installed in most devices, or just root your phone
