My blitz rating is 1299 not 1300 but just one away.
My ultrabullet rating is 2 away from 1400.
So should I risk it?

Obviously.
Your level in chess will remain the same, don’t worry for a few online rating points.
God no. If you lose, they take a testicle. Plus, you'd lose the many many perks of being 1299. Now if you were only 1297, I could see that. But risking 1299? That would be crazy sauce, like putting Mike's mayo on your wiener. (Whatever they say in the commercials, don't actually do that)

If your goal is to get to 1300 or 1400, then yeah.
But I don't get why people have checkpoints like these
I'm just like: "I'll try to win more rating than I lose" and it seems normal. Brute forcing it to a certain rating may not be great.
