My rapid is 2306 should I risk it. I haven't played nor solved or studied chess for more than a month. Almost two months now.
It would be difficult to avoid losing a lot of points, as each loss will be around -15. I hadn't played Atomic for almost 4 months, I went from 2000 to 1840, but I caught up :)
After that it also depends on your skills if you forgot them or not.

Seriously? I just lost 67 points of rating in 6 games (spread over three weeks) but I'm way more concerned about the repeating pattern of losing in a completely stupid way than about the rating.
Your elo coefficient is 70, which is very high because of the gaps between each game, which responds to these losses: normally if you lose against an opponent who has the same level as you, you have -6, but you are losing -12 at the moment, which is double, in order to bring this coefficient to 50 atleast (min is 45), you will have to play more often. (I know it's very difficult)

I'm afraid 2-3 classical games per week is about the maximum practically possible for various reasons, so rather than more often I'll probably go with "longer". :-)
