I implemented a free Monrad pairing program on my homepage. It can be run online or the html can be downloaded and run locally. For tie-break it uses cumulative score or Buchholz: Monrad Pairing System
I also implemented an online Berger system for 3-16 players: FIDE Berger Tournament System (Round-Robin)
Please try them out.
History: The Monrad pairing system is named after the Danish chess organizer Poul Monrad, who developed and popularized this simplified Swiss‐style pairing method in Denmark in the mid-20th century.
The "Monrad-system" became widely used in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden for school tournaments, weekend events, and large amateur competitions because it is simpler than the full Swiss system: players are paired strictly by current score without the more complex FIDE constraints.
