For it used in FIDE event you would need to get acceptance for it. I guess some national/regional tournament could try it with out much hassle. In particular for broadcasting that would be fine

I tried reaching my federation in Denmark no response yet. My chess club does not seem to care that much also :( unfortunately we are one of "old people's chess club". I think I have something good and working but don't know how to progress.

I did that long time ago, I was using public lichess so no login needed.

Some of my users asked for connecting their account while exporting just implemented it today. Which already hit the google store and in review for IOS will be there in the morning. Login happens in lichess so users don't give my app their passwords I really don't want to handle passwords etc.. I want to focus on the game. Lichess than gives me a token that kinda authorization does not exists in chess.com strangely.

But believe me no matter what, it will hallucinate time to time, it is super important how much I use the prior game information like if a piece appears in f3 than knight from b1 disappears even AI says the piece is a bishop I dont care, I correct it with prior game information because bishop can not be there , dissapeared knight can be.

Sound easy right ? No it is not. Chess it turns out not very easy to predict given Em passant, castling, promotions and god damn hand occlusion(super annoying), board detection etc.. I still have problems but my users begin to play successful games that is not my game for example :

i tried your app it was laggy as heck and terrible, thas my honet advice,try it yourself

Thanks for trying out, sorry it did not work for you out of the box.

I am testing almost everyday for a year. And lately my users begin to have success also please open the VAR option so I can see you setup to see what is going on.

Don't know the faul part but that really happened in my daughter's tournament. She won the match but her opponent report a draw and all his friends lobbied to the desk. A video assistant can be useful.

Or another case in children tournament I observed, I saw king was under attack and game kept going for turns like that. Arbiter was even not informed .

Dream is app will be used in that kinda cases but god knows if it will be used or not.

Honestly an awesome idea. It definitely would be useful, but I don't see it getting integrated to tournaments easily because of how many cheating cases and things like that there are nowadays. Good luck with it!

I suggest you to contact tournament organizers first they might not like having a mobile phone in the tournament area.
The Video Assistance, in my mind for the tournament organizers which can help the arbiter and keep the viewer away from tournament room. Individually you can use to make your games immortal to talk about them later my users do that often like:
