I guess this will be deleted very soon because lichess prefers protecting cheaters rather than fighting them.
I've been recently playing some 3+2 here to try to play better quality chess, when you play 3+0 it gets a point when everything is about flagging the opponent or not getting flagged and you completely forget about the position.
I'm not saying this opponent cheated or the other did but the amount of suspicious games that I played here it's crazy, a lot of people outplay you or they start to play perfect after they find themselves in a lost positions. When you play 3+0 or 1+0 the amount of suspicious games is much less.
I'm trying to feel that +50% players came to the conclusion that almost everybody is cheating so if you want to be competitive at 3+2 you must be helped by the computer sometimes, is genuinely sad.
I'm typing this to encourage lichess to do something because it's getting rampant, and also ask people to share their experiences and if they also felt 3+2 is full of cheaters.
Thanks for your time.

My experience has honestly been the opposite. I've encountered 0 confirmed cheaters on Lichess so far. Cheaters exist on every platform, obviously, but jumping from “I played some suspicious games” to “Lichess protects cheaters” feels like a massive leap. Sometimes people play extremely well, and sometimes they simply punish our bad positions that is annoying, but not automatically Stockfish
Here's my data: I've played 402 rated Rapid games (10+0), 364 rated Blitz games (3+2), 81 rated Chess960 games, and 22 rated Three-check games. In all those games, I've never encountered anything that made me seriously suspicious of cheating. So maybe stop being so paranoid and assuming every strong opponent is secretly Stockfish.

I have yet to encounter a cheater in a blitz game (or bullet, for that matter) here on Lichess.

Why would you think lichess protects cheaters? Maybe that's something you should consider? How is that a reasonable thing to assume?

'The amount of suspicious games that I played here it's crazy'
Suspicious in what way, are you an expert in detecting cheating? Without any evidence, your claims are ... suspicious

Within the last few weeks, someone insinuated that people who take too long to make their first moves might be cheating. I disagree in most cases. First of all, it is NOT cheating to use most of your time to make your first move. This is within the rules. Maybe we should only give 10 seconds to make the first move?? I don't like this idea, but my first move typically takes under 10 seconds. I feel that using your time wisely is NOT cheating. Second, we might review how many people are actually caught cheating. I know this does not equal the number of actual cheaters. However, people ought to be given the benefit of the doubt. Also, the burden of proof is on the accuser in many cases (unless one lives in a very backward society). Finally, the site is protected in some ways. You can't, for example, expect to get away with using a chess engine on the same machine you are using for chess. You would be caught. Now, I know some people use physical books to cheat. I would argue that most people don't cheat. It takes me longer to make plays than some people. I don't play well under time pressure, and, if I have fewer than 5 minutes to play a game, I will most likely lose on time. I also have a psychiatric disability which makes it difficult for me to see things in the amount of time most people do....

Play 3+2 against people whom you trust and who trust you. (Say, friends.) Against trustworthy opponents, even correspondence games are quite safe. Against problematic opponents, even bullet can be risky.

Please stop all this talking about cheating.
I analyze almost every game I play and I never see games without inaccuracies or mistakes.
