Yes KQ vs. K, KR vs. K, KBB vs. K, KBN vs. K and even some KNN vs. KP can force checkmate.

Can I find somewhere proofs of these statements in mathematical sense or is it just common knowledge derived from experience?
The 7-men endgame table bases provide proof in the mathematical sense.
7-men endgame table bases
Do you mean
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endgame_tablebase ?
If so, the proof was made by brute force, by generating all possible positions and there is not a simple idea behind it accessible to human mind, like
that you can avoid the mate by a single bishop by putting your king at a field of opposite colour than the bishop.
Anyway thank you for your help,
PJP
The proof was previously achieved without computers.
Troitsky worked it all out for KNN vs. KP.

for K+R just.. go get a tutorial, I can't explain it.
