Some of my students cheat, which can get their accounts flagged or even their IP addresses blocked.

What should I do?

If practical, make them play OTB - get them to enrol in local tournaments.

They'll get board eventually no? What even is the point of cheating? But they'll definitely get their accounts banned before they get bored of it.
