The Bot-or-Not challange on maiachess.com uses games from lichess where the human was banned

Every now and again I encounter a game that i guess wrong only because the game it uses from lichess includes a user that is already blocked by lichess due to violating the rules. I'm trying to guess the bot in a game between a cheater (using a computer) and a computer.

I've tried contacting the maiachess site, but got no response. It is a pity, as I really like this challenge but the pool of games is polluted by games with cheaters. The system should check the pool of games periodically to scrape games that the human got later banned by lichess.

example? Just because their account says they violated tos doesn't mean they cheat.

I didn't want to name names, maybe it's not appreciated here. All I can say is this human played almost flawlessly and won over a pretty strong bot (trapsky). I've also checked the few games he played using this online tool: https://chess-cheat-detection.com It's not going to be 100% accurate, but being banned, and flagged by this tool might say this player is not the best for a turing test.

Maybe he had just a bit of help and maybe he's a grandmaster using a new account. In any case, for me trying to determine the bot in the game, it skewed the playing field.

Encountered two suspicious games today. One cost me 21 points and the human user does not exist on Lichess (what does that mean?). In the other game black played great, too great, bot like great (stockfish bot, not maia bot). I almost fell for it, and then decided that black could be a very very strong player or a cheater. So I marked white as the bot, and got it right with 5 points added.

Checked the user on https://chess-cheat-detection.com and the actual game I was presented to analyze got flagged for being suspicious. This human won over a 2355 rated bot with about 97% accuracy.

Why would maiachess site think this challenge was easy and only grant me 5 points, I do not know.

Here is the game:
