It appears that yesterday, the already establshed ratings of the bots got replaced with bullshit bot pool ratings (at least in bullet and blitz) which is a pity.
The owner should have allowed human play only, similar to maia3.
How to get takebacks?
If you mean a limited number of takebacks in casual games, like for example @raspfish offers, you'll need to contact the owner of these accounts and ask him to enable the feature.
I'm pretty sure that should be him @maxhastings
