Good morning, I'd like to know how I can find out when there will be tournaments with prize money, even for players without a FIDE rating.

Though you need to be lot stronger to have chance ending with the prizes in your pocket. Most chess tournaments OTB tend to have cash prizes and if tournament id divides into sections even the lower section will often have those.
