In blitz I'll play almost anything.
I guess Cochran vs Petroff is up there. I've play this vs Pirc - modern a lot; 1.e4 g6 2 d4 Bg7 3 Nc3 d6 4 h4 Nf6 5 h5 Nxh5 6. Rxh5 which is nameless AFAIK.
As black vs d4 I've played von Hennig-Schara a lot in blitz. And others as well. I play blitz to have fun not to maximize winning percentage.

Play blitz only fun. You cant develop chess elo. You should play Rapid an Classical game in chess.

Speaking as the gambitee, I don't like accepting the gift unless I see no alternative.

I'm working on the Queen Gambit, which is very flexible and can be played as late as the endgame. While I've still got to perfect it, it does result in a rapid conclusion to the game.
That's not a gambit.

King's Gambit and Latvian Gambit.
Latvian is objectively unsound and provides no real chances for black.

Scotch gambit always works because you capture the pawn you give up and have a drawing position in general. And usually if you play it ok it ends up quite nice.

I play the Staunton Gambit against the Dutch (1. d4 f5 2. e4!?) which always leads to crazy kingside attacks with sacs and tactics everywhere.
