I recommend Queen's Gambit or Catalan as White. As Black, I like to try out different things, but I'd say Slav or Nimzo-Indian vs 1. d4, and vs 1. e4, Caro-Kann is a good solid opening, though I often just go for e5 and see what happens.

1500 going for 2K.
you are skipping ast least 2 classes: 1600, 1800.
At some point along the road you'll figure out it's not openings that make you better (it will be somewhere between 1600 and 1800 when you hit the proverbial "glass ceiling"), its solid endgame study that makes you better.
But yeah, good luck.

The last time you played was 5 months ago. Have you trained to 2000 during this time?

@RemRus Thanks for the contribution but you didnt answer my question. Hope you can help me out
@ChessPriyome I think theres a confusion here. Back in 2022 my blitz rating on lichess was peak at 1900. I quit and now Im back studying again. Since youre so skilled please suggest some strong openings for black and white

Are you asking what peoples' favorite openings are or which ones would be best to get to a rating of two thousand?
-
My favorites: French, Queen's Indian, Van't Kruijs.
-
The best to get to two thousand: Any good ones, as long as you stick with them to gain experience---Caro-Kann, Sicilian, Italian, Queen's Gambit, English... At your level, games are decided by one-move blunders and endgame skill, not openings (and certainly not openings that clickbait YouTubers claim, 'will get you to two thousand in one day').

- Forgive me in advance for being a grammar stickler.
My favorite opening is the Ruy Lopez.
My favorite defenses are: Sicilian and QGA.
Solidity is something else:
A solid opening is anything but 1.f4.
The most solid defenses are: Caro-Kann and Semi-Slav.
Good luck.

"Back in 2022 my blitz rating on lichess was peak at 1900. I quit..." ... Party balloons for you. Quitting seems to be a thing. And, how would I know that looking at your profile? The only one confused here is you expecting the slightest bit of research to be done for you. They got this thing called the internet, and these helpers called AI; you can get a far more reasonable answer than any give here. But i get it - you are too lazy.
If you read between my simple words, it's not openings you should be wasting your time on - it's endgames.
You are welcome.
At your low level your opening repertoire might by a half-dozen moves deep - which can be collected together in an afternoon; it doesnt really matter what opening it is as long as its reasonable.
Have you answered the "keys to opening selection questions" for yourself? Everyone knows those questions, so start there. Self-discovery is a beautiful thing.
