I think Sicilian and qg. Sicillian beacause in caro kan, french you have space-ial disadvantage. in positions like that it is somtimes very hard to maintain equality. In e5 yeah you're playing the opening they are playing. Unless you're goated in smt like petrof. Aggainst d4 slav. It is very flexible. Although it may seem cramped but it is very possible to break through. I also like a6 lines in QGD. With white i play QG. You can surprise lower rated players with 1.Nf3. Also you probably can play the english if you play QG.
