You can see the rating distribution for a given variant at lichess.org/stat/rating/distribution/variant. For example, for atomic it is https://lichess.org/stat/rating/distribution/atomic.

Go to Tools -> Advanced Search and set the rating range to 400-400. You'll get thousands of games between the 400s.

I'm a 536 right now if that helps. Kinda wonder if I should be lower, though.
