@tpr offered some objections and then I showed why they are not a problem.
...by repeating or rephrasing FIDE/Sutovsky statements. That's your way to "disprove" anything that contradicts them. Saying anything that contradicts FIDE position would be futile, you would just dismiss it by quoting what FIDE says. There is no point repeating the exercise.

Look, I live in India, so I’ll tell you what’s happening.
There is a major LPG, CNG and petroleum crisis going on here. Before, if you were to buy a cylinder of LPG, it would arrive in a week. But now, that has been shifted to one and a half months. There is no point in arguing about FIDE, as it can do nothing about this. As long as this problem isn’t resolved, we will see more people starting to have trouble as their families all the way on the other side of the supercontinent aren’t getting the supplies they need!
Probably the reason Koneru is withdrawing.

Even Koneru will be knowing about the flight patterns, but she also knows what is going on here.

You saw my response to tpr. I cited numerous news articles showing that the base was never and is not being used against Iran. I also pointed out that Indian players can fly to London, Frankfurt or Vienna and then to Cyprus to deal with the flight issue (Sutovsky said that as well and this is a correct point - can you tell me why he is wrong?).
That was because tpr had two specific objections 1. He thought the base was being used to attack Iran and 2. that Indian players would have to fly over a warzone.
You have zero specific objections
Are you hoping that no one looks at the previous page to see what I wrote?
There is no point repeating the exercise.
Because you have absolutely nothing to say.

I don't know why you are mocking me for stating what FIDE's position is.
But now, even I have to question you, @RuyLopez1000, that how can you say that FIDE is telling the truth, when even you sometimes doubt it?
Then even I can say that you have no real ground for making these statements, and @tpr might be right!

I do not know what you mean.
And I don't know why you think Humpy is withdrawing because a petroleum crisis.
Some people say FIDE is lying without offering any evidence for this. @mkubecek still refuses to give a valid reason for thinking that FIDE is lying.
@tpr I'd like to hear what you think of my response to you.

"if both parties are satisfied and there are no valid objections"
- Humpy Koneru is not satisfied. If she feels unsafe then she is right to withdraw.
Just like Radjabov felt unsafe in 2020 and thus was right to withdraw, even if none of the candidates contracted COVID.
"Cyprus government are aware of what's going on and have given the green light."
- Of course they do, they do not want to scrap their own project and cause panic to their own population.
"The UK base at Cyprus is not being used to attack Iran"
- We do not know. Maybe not directly, but indirectly like for tanker airplanes. Maybe not today, but tomorrow.
The UK has now allowed offensive missions. It is also unclear what defensive missions would be.
The whole special military operation has been sold to be defensive against an imminent threat to the United States to avoid the mandatory prior congress approval.
"there is a clear option to fly to European countries (London, Frankfurt and Vienna) and then to Cyprus."
- But those planes would have to fly over war zones. Remember Malaysia Airlines Flight 17.
An eastward route from India to Australia, to the United States, to London, to Cyprus looks impractical.

- That is not the issue.
'No event, no matter how important, can come before personal safety and well-being.
Despite the assurances provided, I do not feel fully secure under the current circumstances.' - Humpy Koneru

True. Because we don’t know! Anything is possible. Looking at the current situation, and the contradictions we have given each other, I think that this is the best explanation.
But, I guess that @RuyLopez1000 got one point right- @mkubecek, you actually don’t have any proof that FIDE is lying. @RuyLopez1000 even contradicted me, and he’s right about everything, except the fact that the petroleum and LPG, CNG crisis doesn’t have a role. CNG is used in almost every public commute in Northern India, and LPG cylinders are used in cooking. Both of these non-polluting fuels have one disadvantage- they can’t be stored for too long, else they leak, disintegrate or explode.
So all I want to say is that the furthest we can get is saying that FIDE is ether right, lying or just that we are going the wrong way and that all of us are wrong, and the real answer will come in a while, by someone who knows about it.

"FIDE is lying" * Not necessarily. the risk may be low, but it is not zero.
15 of the 16 candidates perceive the risk as low enough to play, one perceives the risk as too high for her.
It is the same with the 2020 Candidates where Radjabov withdrew as he perceived the risk of COVID too high.
