Doubled pawn are OK.
are doubled and one isolated pawn really wothed for the bishop, especially because one could trade a bit later with the bishop / queen and avoid that ?

Doubled pawn can be problem but not always. Bishop pair is worth about 1/2 pawns (all thing being equal which they never are).
Doubleb pawn semiopen line with no pawn to proctect could be about -0.9 pawns in middgame.
This specific case if B hits W gets doubled pawn but also makes b-pawn a c-pawn which is small gain and gets a half open line on B and the bishop pair. All those added together definitely add up more than doubled pawn.
