Why is move 19 not a blunder?

@weplaychess90 said in #20 (~2 days ago):

@Forgeron-de-Pion ... you were already so bad and
defeated in the game, that giving up the Queen
doesn't give up the game, it was given much earlier. ...

... Go to chess.com. It's better for newbies that are
unwise and don't accept the truth. ... blunder is a
move that gives up the game, so the mistakes that
were made before the move 19 are considered
"blunder", only. The player was already -6 points
and a piece down when the move 19 happened. ...
Apparently, weplaychess90 no longer wants to indicate that "the player" was Forgeron-de-Pion. As I read the report, it was om1cron who lost a knight on move 13 and the 5+3 Blitz game continued for about three and a half minutes. I suspect that some humans would use the word, "blunder" in connection with 19 Bh5 (allowing 19...Bxa4), but, apparently, the current version of the machine does not.
