why is this not played that often ?

queenside castling happens often in the philidor but not with this setup which looks very good ,

4th most played move lichess database , 10th most played move master database

It takes two to know the opening and be willing to play it.

i looked at it again , it might be because of d5 , but white could play bc4 first and then it could work
