Why is this position overwhelmingly advantageous for white?

I just can't figure out the reason.

White has one more pawn, black's pawn structure is weak, but I don't think this is +4. Am I missing something?

It is winning for white for exactly the reasons you state.

Is the advantage really that big?

Yes, it is.

Yes, it is.

It’s more than the one pawn. Black‘s majority on the queenside is worthless as they cannot create a passed pawn. If if black had a g-pawn they would have to be careful not to land in a bad endgame.
In this position Black will get steamrollered by the k-side pawns.
Play it against the computer and watch how it does it.
