It says you artificially alter your rating, presumably meaning you play against yourself using multiple accounts
This player artificially increases/decreases their rating means you are losing on purpose to decrease your rating or playing just low rated opponents to raise your rating.
Granted you don't seem the type to do either of those so just talk to mod about it, I'm sure it will get straightened out soon

what looks fishy a weaker player loosing to a stronger player? yea thats real fishy it pretty obvious who reported me it was Frozenedge666 is probally the one who did it
also stronger players play weaker players all the time for rating points look at many accounts tell me one account who does not have a high rating that has not played people lower rated than they have everyone plays lower rated people is it not allowed to play against lower rated people?
um it seems pretty suspicious when all your opponents time out against you in 20 moves
