No, both of u are incorrect, it does not take 0.0 but It does not take 0.5.
It takes some time, but not so much.

Take dark on crack, he might be the fastest player on lichess, but still.
He done 150 moves in 1.5 seconds

Its something called premoving.

Lichess takes 0 seconds per premove (strangly, that case was 0.1) and Chess.Com take 0.1 seconds per premove.

No, lichess does not take 0.0, it's takes time but very very small

Well, assuming perfect lag compensation it takes 0.0,, but usually will take at least a few ms bcz of ping.

How quickly can a person see a new chess position, locate the piece moved, identify the required response, and input one premove, repeatedly? Make a fist and shake your hand. How many times did it go up and down in one second?
How long is a blink of an eye. Chess players blink how often during a game?

Don't forget that our internet chess clocks are not real time, they are compensated time.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4374455/

Cheaters could get detected by not blinking. When a human blinks, it prevents them from setting up that new premove.
How many genuinely new chess positions can a human visually sample and convert into correct premoves per second?

chess.com premoves take a minimum of 0.1 seconds and lichess premoves take your ping off your time meaning that for people like me with 500 ping, making a single move in 0.1 seconds is literally impossible.
