I would like to report a technical issue. Due to glitches and lag on the platform, I encounter the following problem: I enter the tournament chat, but when it's my turn to play, the system reports that I am offline. As a result, I am automatically handed a loss and lose rating points.
These quick losses are entirely due to platform technical errors and are not intentional forfeits or early resignations on my part. Please look into this system issue and, if possible, help adjust my rating.

In some areas of the world, the connection to the Lichess servers is worse. Changing the routing method at https://lichess.org/account/preferences/network may help.
And, side note, if you play from the lobby instead of in arenas you won't lose rating points if you disconnect before you are able to play a move.
