Bug: game shows "White hasn't moved" despite 30 moves, win not recorded

Hi, my rated game has 30 moves on the board, but the result says “White hasn’t moved.” My opponent ran out of time while facing an unavoidable checkmate, yet my win was not recorded and my rating did not change. Could you please check it? Thank you.
