lichess is a charity, and most people working for lichess are volunteers. i doubt "speak to your boss" will get you far.

Rating changes depend on both players' ratings and the game result.
Thought this thread would be about players cheating by getting external help, not about changes in rating numbers.
This site seems nice about your puzzle rating: up or barely down on days with more losses than wins. Haven't tried many puzzles yet, but so far I lose 30 to 70 points each puzzle, even if I get the first two moves correct but choose a move other than best on the third. Not complaining about the puzzle rating system, but you don't seem to be losing many puzzle points.
