Lichess is open source. Why don't you write one?
It's in the plan. Maybe you don't know, but the version in LiChess Tools is a refactored version with some improvements, not just the one in the 404 page. I wanted to write the sequel, but I don't have the time now.
The engine is there, I just have to separate the storyline into a data file with a specific format, then add multiple data files...
