choosing multiple puzzle categories to play

I think it would be helpful if we could choose to have a random mix of puzzle types. For example, if I'm currently practicing forks, skewers, and pins, I can either choose to do puzzles of each of them separately or go for the random mix of all types of puzzles, which will include a lot of puzzles that don't include any of the elements I'm trying to practice. If I decide to just practice fork puzzles, for example, I know that the puzzle is going to be a fork so I'm specifically looking for forks instead of evaluating the entire board looking for the best move. If I could select a mix of puzzles that were just forks, skewers, and pins, I could practice the topics I wanted to while also not being told precisely what type of tactic to expect from each puzzle.

That’s a very good suggestion.

The dashboard shows you the weaknesses, but replaying needs some time to pass first and you also need a high volume for it to really shine.

With multiple themes you could make some kind of batch action to work on your weak spots, maybe toss in some opening themes too from openings you prefer to play or struggle against.

The downside of healthy mix is that you’ll have many that are obvious to you when you’re accustomed to the automatic generation.
I hate the “trade down in correct order, then take the piece that was hanging all along“ puzzles with a passion. Often associated with “crushing” i think.

Maybe some plus minus buttons in the list to add and remove and select/unselect all buttons. To either dodge certain themes that attack your sanity or compile a smaller training regiment. Edit: and maybe a way to store/share lists.
