Deve ter jogado o último torneio suíço

Must have played in the most recent Swiss-style tournament.
This setting only allows players to join if they have participated in recent Swiss-style matches. If they haven't appeared in a recent Swiss event, they won't be able to enter yours. This ensures a better experience for the players who actually show up.
What should I do when this option to check or uncheck appears?
