Could you be bit more specific. On my laptop works. Fine so which browser, or app. Have tried clearinc cache?

I am using brave which is mostly a fork chrome. not windows but that is probably not the reason. I presume you updated your chrome? If if would ne on lichess end problem would not persist. try another browser. Not edge as it chromium as well. like safari or mozilla. If that does not help it gets really odd.
