disappearance of the “friends” tab

Why has the little checkmark in the lower right corner of the “Friends Online” list disappeared?

Thank you.

It is in the top nav now.

Friends-tab disappeared.

Lichess updated it! Its in the top right corner of the screen.
I like it better! It all fits so nicely now.

Excellent, now all it's missing is the same effects as the challenge and bell notification.
On occasion one of our friends is on TV.
So the friend_box_button could alert us.

Hover the mouse over the other icons and you get something like:
Notifications: 0
Challenges: 0

So what you now need is to maintain the pattern for the friends icon:
Friends: 8
TV: 0

With LiChess Tools you can have the friends button be a menu or hide it completely if you don't like to see it.
