There was checkmate in one move. I decided to allow my opponent to deliver checkmate and went to make myself coffee. When i returned to my computer i found out he've played some stuped move and now i am temporerory banned for that. How that? Why i'am banned for his toxic behavior?

Firstly, it isn't just some random move; there is still mate in 1 after Qf8+. Perhaps your opponent wanted to do the promotion checkmate. Now, the reason you got a playban is presumably that you let your clock run out instead of resigning or playing until checkmate, and it was not the first time you had done so either. Lichess does not "encourage toxic behavior". You received a playban because letting your clock just run out like that is bad sportsmanship. I understand if it was not intentional, but you should still make sure not to do so (e.g. you could have resigned instead of just walking away).

Regardless of who you were palying against ,Lichess uses an automated filter for stalling .If it's your turn and you walk away to make coffee instead of playing or resigning , the server assumes you are wasting time ,which triggers an automatic temporary ban.

@SunBunnyOfGlassEye if he played a stupid move, refute it. If you cant refute it, he didnt play a stupid move.

You should read the Terms of Service https://lichess.org/terms-of-service.
You can find the following:
"Ragesitting, Ragequitting, and Aborting - This is when a player chooses to keep the clock running or leave the game, forcing their opponent to wait for them, rather than playing on or resigning. These are all considered bad sportsmanship, along with aborting too many games too frequently."

Said what like it was intentional?
I stated that even if in this case you did not intend to allow this to happen, you should not only not intend it, but also try to avoid it. The system cannot tell whether you are stalling intentionally or not.

Wait you went to make coffee instead of finishing the game and your opponent made a different move. How is that toxic behavior? ;p
