The only toxic behaviour shown here was perpetrated by SunBunnyOfGlassEye.

There was checkmate in one move. I decided to allow my opponent to deliver checkmate and went to make myself coffee. When i returned to my computer i found out he've played some stuped move and now i am temporerory banned for that. How that? Why i'am banned for his toxic behavior?

Because you made your opponent wait until the time was run down you were maybe banned for toxic behavior, not for encouraging it.
Nobody knows or cares why people are made to wait it's your responsibility to not make them wait until your time runs out.
