Gabb is broken

mcgovesedited

I''m confused. I had never heard of the Gabb.phone, so had to do some reading. What good is the Lichess app with "no internet"? Is Gabb running a lila seever on their (worldwide?) intranet?

Lichess for gabb phones is inactive, because we cannot open the new app, cuz no app store. The old app has completely shut down tournaments, and the whole thing is slow in general. Please thibault I'm begging you.

Lichess not have contact with Gabb phone devs
Please report gabb devs

That makes no sense. Without the internet, the app cannot talk to the server, rendering it useless.

it technically does have an internet connection, but not in the way you would think.
The working process is different, and means that it has an in-game server, but it is not accessible otherwise. Gabb phones do hot have a browser or app store, just a bunch of parent-added apps, and the default ones.
