Game said I left, but I was still waiting for opponent's move

I was playing this game: https://lichess.org/dnpP2tTp I was White, MotivationalHealer. After I made my move, I remained on the game screen waiting for my opponent. Their move seemed to take a couple of minutes to appear. I did not close the page, leave the game, resign, or navigate away. When the opponent’s move finally appeared, Lichess simultaneously declared “White left the game • Black is victorious.” I was still sitting at the board waiting for the move, so I do not understand why the system recorded me as having left. I also lost 9 rating points. Could someone check the game/server logs to determine whether there was a connection or synchronization problem? I checked the Move Times graph afterward. The server does not appear to show my opponent taking the couple of minutes that I experienced waiting for 14...Kh8. On my screen I remained at the board waiting for that move, and when the move finally appeared, the game immediately said that I had left.  

Every day somebody writes same history. I tell you typicall group of answers: 1) check your interner connection, clear cache, its problem on your side 2) you need to reload page when smth strange happened, 3) Lichess is laggy. Didn't you know? 4) Relax, its just a game

(1 & 3) I was just looking for information to clear my curiosity and not have to revisit the question; no, I didn't know Lichess is laggy. Losing points is here nor there, and (4) I know it is just a game, thank you. 2) I reloaded too late. Just thought they were in a pickel and oftentimes people let there clock run out. I did check internet connection, but did not know I had to clear the cache. Will try that if there is a next time. Again, thanks for takaing time to answer my question. Peace~

Often a move is lost in transmission. The cure is to refresh CTRL F5.
