How the heck did you get to 1800 Ultrabullet???
To answer your question, it was probably due to lag, ping, or disconnection.

because my PC was saying that it was my opponent's move!
this can happen if you PC lost connection to server. Happens every now and then. Onlywayt fix that is refresh the page ctrl-R on windown cmd+r in mac's
but how it toook so much time it was not my internet
yes it was your internet that failed. But problem is that if connection is lost and you browser does not notice it to you it will look like opponent is thinkin while in reality he has the move and it is your clock that is running and your premove has never been sent to server.

yeah in ultra, 1700 is like kinda fast. (Extremely fast for any slower time control). Then from 1700 to 2300, you go from fast to, being able to make actual moves fast (and also just super fast), very very slowly.
so 1800 with this kinda moves is normal

Black's strategy was about actually trying to play chess, while White's strategy was about reaction-time and who can premove the longest. You do not play chess with these types of time controls. They're only good to plot who's nearest to a server.

These are the type of games I would prune from a monthly database.
