Dear Lichess team, I have encountered a bug or error: when I play rated games, my rating does not increase, regardless of whether I win or lose. Could you please fix this? My username on Lichess is levon_013. Do you need my email address? I would appreciate it if you could resolve this bug.

IT IS NOT A BUG, you are rating-banned go to lichess.org/appeal, like rov said.
