Insufficient Material Draw Claimed

I was playing earlier (anonymously) and reached a K Vs K+ Rook Pawn position (pictured).

The draw was claimed on insufficient material.

The material isn't insufficient. Theoretically a draw, but not insufficient. There should not be a claimable draw because the defending side can lose if they make a mistake in defense.

I hope this is a bug and not the feature working as intended (presumably it's supposed to force draws in endings like K+N or B Vs K).

"Draw claimed" means one of the players claimed the draw. White has insufficient material, so black has a valid claim.

Oh. I thought it was an automatic claim. My mistake. Thanks for explaining
