Lichess Internet is unfair

Hey guys I was getting irritated by the disconnection of internet
How should I help reduce internet lags, because u know whenever u get disconnected u feel very angry.
It happened in this game,

If u have any suggestions pls say cuz if this happens continuously then this will lead to loss of elo( and this is not a internet issue ( it is a lichess issue))
