It depends on depth.
then maybe the correct your mistakes feature should get more analysis time , it always says the answer in under a second, not accepting the top engine move is quite bad in my opinion

"more analysis time"
- It comes at a cost and with a delay.
There is no such thing as a top engine move.
There is only a top move of engine X version Y at time Z.

that makes no sense

Is not too bad, is 2nd best move in Depth 31 and first in Depth lower

Note: now with "From image" help to copy the game

its true , but in this case that was not the problem , it instantly said bad move without analyzing

It's a performance issue. For example take the first move in a game and white has 20 moves. Then black has 20 moves giving rise to 400 positions. Then to use a simplistic model assume next move also had 400 positions from every position and you're up to 16000 positions. Admittedly you'll have some lines that transpose back into each other but it's probably not a bad assumption to assume that each extra move of depth at least doubles processing required.
So then you have a trade off where is it worth spending 4x CPU resources for an issue that could affect 0.1% of suggestions. Considering the costs of cloud compute the marginal benefits aren't worth the slight accuracy gains. I'll also add that if Lichess didn't expand infrastructure that game analysis would also get slower.
