We played until the middlegame, then my opponent disconnected. After their time ran out, I opened the game to analyze it, but the move list was completely empty.

My opponent was credited with a loss, but the game appears to have been recorded as if they had never made a move, even though we both played well into the middlegame.

Could you please investigate why the moves disappeared and whether they can be recovered?
