Possibility to allow using an engine when playing with bots?

Hi,
Sorry if the feature request is inappropriate!
I am a completely novice chess learner. I registered an account just to save preferences and to use the Maia engine bots here. This account is never intended to be used for human plays (and I stated it in my bio).

I used Stockfish to play the engine bots, and to evaluate and show why my and Maia's intended moves were blunders, and to learn opening moves in case of different responses. After a few moves the site detected it and stopped the game. I wonder if it is possible to add a toggle to allow playing with an engine when the opponent is a bot, or to allow an account to be permanently marked as non-playing.

(I'm a coder and I might help with writing a PR if it is okay)

As of now, Lichess does not allow engine use against bot accounts, even if it is casual.

However, if you really want to play computer-assisted chess, you should create a BOT account and then play with other bots.

@StephenPS

IMHO it isn't a quite reasonable policy, since a. it's a bot so there isn't fairness concerns or making play uninteresting b. casual games doesn't affect your rating anyway so it also doesn't create false impressions to other players (which make the site difficult to use). Otherwise it's just user choice and autonomy.

@floraaaaaaaaa We are all guests here. Me and my bot are even paying guests but both of us have zero advantage from that and my bot cannot even feel good about it. It generally may be good to stick to the rules.

However, you can for example code your own bot and then manually or as a centaur (you + engine) decide upon moves that you send trough your bot.

You still must send and receive the moves trough the Bot API.

The account https://lichess.org/@/floraaaaaaaaa is forever broken for the purpose that you want to use it for.
Possibly correct steps, make sure to read all you can get about it:
1.) Create an Account.
2.) DO NOT PLAY and do nothing else with the account, only register it and do literally nothing with it!!!
3.) Uprade the account to a bot account.
4.) Create your needed API tokens.
5.) Then you can play trough the bot API with that account.

If you play on the website with the human interface with a new account this new account can never be turned into a bot account.
