Hello, my account shows as unrestricted on lichess.org/appeal, but private messages sent to non-friends fail to deliver. I sent team recruitment messages recently and believe I triggered an automated anti-spam rate limit. Could a moderator check if there is an automated block on my account's inbox messaging? Thank you!

I wish god gave you the ability to distinguish between a joke and insult in first place. What when to say and what when not to say.

"Joke" is subjective.
Team addvertisment ( spam ) is not allowed. It's even one of the examples here https://lichess.org/page/chat-etiquette#spamming-in-the-chat
Would strongly suggest you stop with such messages. Any limit you may have hit, is probably there for good reasons and working as intended.
