Looks like JavaScript is not loading, or it throws an error. Can you check the browser console post over error (if there are any)?
I cannot reproduce this on my side, but there might be multiple reason for this being broken, which not all would be caused by the code itself. It might be the VPN/IPS issue or even one of extensions messing up with the call or code. You can also try disabling all extensions or opening the page in incognito mode.
Also, can you give us an information about your Safari and macOS versions?
