Good afternoon, I had a bug with the rating, I played in the tournament and won a game, but instead of the rating being added, 70 points were removed, then I play another game, I lose and I was removed instead of one point as written on game 11 help please

Three posts on r/lichess also reporting strange ELO results.
I haven’t played since this happened. This rating bug seems to be a major issue with nearly all of the players.
I went 2379-7= 2354
Then 2354-4=2346
It has been more than 2 hours now and I am concerned.
Will the rating points be refunded? How can we contact lichess moderators and developers about this? I was about to hit 2400 bullet milestone and it would be great for me. Than this upset happens..
I had 1922 and loose after that my rating became 1888 how it is possible? Please return my rating points to me

I saw all the accounts that were posting here and 95% of them have more than 5000 games so I think it is some form of compensation for something, but I am not really sure so we should wait till lichess replies and not play much games (It might just be a bug

And, maybe it's not an issue after all. If everyone's rating got decreased, then the ratings still hold accurate relative to others, no?
Has Lichess even acknowledged that there is/was a problem? And has it been fixed yet?
hi, i got same problem.. yesterday my points fixed.. but after 2 or 3 min. later again 59 points decreased ..is there any solution
