I just made a new account, my only account and I played some games after which I notice that I am not being awarded any rating points. I made sure to play rated games instead of casual and this happened.
Please help, there must be some reason for this and surely a solution otherwise is it possible to delete the account and make a new one or would it be against some other rule of Lichess.com?
