Setting up new accounts - error

I have tried to set up 10 new accounts but the verification emails do not turn up in the school accounts.
Who can I contact about this?
I am getting the error code:

If students accounts are created within a Lichess class, can they still join tournaments such as IAPS Chess for schools as they would with an email account?

It may be best to check with the organizer of a given event, in case they have some special rules, but there is no techincal reason they can't play. Class accounts can play both Swiss and Arena tournaments. Nevertheless, would recomend hosting a test event ahead of time, so students know how things work.
