I have a suggestion concerning the shadowban of cheaters.
As it stands, their account gets flagged (visible to other users but not to them), and they are relegated to a closed pool where they only play each other, but their rating will not change.
After a short while, the lack of change in rating becomes obvious to them, and they retreat their accounts.
So my question is simply, why not allow continued rating development for these accounts? It would keep those people "in the loop" for a much longer time.
Obviously their names shouldn't appear in the leader boards. Their presence on the server also should not affect the percentage value of players, like, a 2700 human player shouldn't be represented as being only in the 95th percentile just because there are plenty of confirmed cheaters ahead of them.
But as I understand, such distortions wouldn't occur anyway, as banned accounts likely don't count in the statistics.
