It happens to me quite often during Blitz games that I get so focused on the match itself that I forget about the clock. My suggestion is to add an option to customize how the clock is displayed. The option I would choose is to have the remaining time appear as a transparent number in the middle of the board when there are only 10 seconds left. Honestly, it’s frustrating to have the game cut off while you’re deeply focused on it. An example is shown in the image below.
