The pieces stop moving

I dont know why this happens I was playing a bullet game but suddenly the pieces stop moving then it becomes normal after few seconds

#2 My connection wasn't bad it was at 167.4 mbps network speed.

#3 Not that... My pieces suddenly froze No piece i could move after few seconds i could move them

I know what to do go to preferences option automatic queen automatically and press when premoving
then t will be fine
